Let’s see how Indian food is becoming popular nowadays. As one who has a strong immune system and lungs are working well, it doesn’t come under vulnerable conditions criteria i.e. (between 20-45 yrs old), so its high time to introduce something healthy in our diet.

This is where the role of food comes into play and especially the typical Indian herbs curing diseases and keeping us to get fit and healthy. All the experts claimed that one who can breathe well and able to perform daily tasks like youngs is at a lower risk.
